Key Financial Services began its operations in 1988 and has remained a strong and stable Mortgage Brokerage Company through many financial declines and market crashes. Our customer care and attention to detail has insured our longevity in the Real Estate Financial industry. With a number of experienced loan officers, Key Financial Services is small enough to ensure personal, caring service and large enough to have access to the largest and most reputable lenders throughout the area.

We offers a wide variety of loans for the first time and move up buyer. Key Financial Services is an approved FHA/VA lender and also offers CHFA, PERS, Access 2000, Community Homebuyer, and Neighborhood Advantage financing for the first-time buyer.

We also works with first time buyers through Pasadena Neighborhood Housing Services to help them obtain HOP Grants and MCC credits. Some of the loan programs we offer are: Conventional, FHA, FHA 203 K, VA, Cal Vet, CalHFA, private money and jumbo loan financing w/5% down.
